Perfectly positioned in the thriving town of Winton, between stunning Beaches and the New Forest, you’ll find this spacious one bedroom apartment with private rooftop terrace and cosy lounge Winton is a vibrant, fun and friendly high street with indi coffee shops and craft bars as well as great shops and restaurants. 10 minute drive to the beach and 20 minutes to the New Forest. Right next door to Waitrose the perfect base to enjoy this unique part of Bournemouth. The retro living room kitchen has everything set up for a relaxing and fun stay, including Apple TV, so you can watch your favorite shows and a projector to plug in your device to watch movies on a large screen. The steps in the kitchen/lounge area lead out onto a large roof top terrace with comfy furniture and a fire pit. There are plenty of board games and a large box of Lego if you’re bringing children.

A high quality hifi has been set up with lightening and USBC connections for all devices to be able to attach to and listen to your favourite tunes. All kitchen appliances available including a Nespresso and milk warmer. Also a Smeg fridge and freezer with wine rack. Please be aware there is no washing machine. If you are bringing a furry friend with you, there is a dog bed set up in the double bedroom so your pet can be as comfortable as you are during your stay. We have feather and down pillows on the double bed to ensure you have a great nights sleep. There is a sofabed in the lounge area which is really easy to set up and bedding is provided for thar extra person.
