How we started
Bournemouth Property Group was founded over five years ago with a simple goal – to provide high-quality holiday accommodation with a personal touch. Coming from three generations of experience in the property industry, we have always understood the importance of looking after both properties and the people who stay in them.
Living and working in Bournemouth, we saw first-hand how many visitors were choosing holiday homes over traditional hotels. Combining our passion for property with our love of hospitality, creating memorable stays felt like the natural next step.
Today, we manage a growing portfolio of holiday homes across Bournemouth, Poole, Sandbanks and the surrounding areas. Whether you're visiting for a family holiday, a weekend break or a business trip, we're committed to making every stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Our team
Behind Bournemouth Property Group is a dedicated local team committed to delivering exceptional service for both our guests and property owners.
Charlotte leads the business, overseeing the day-to-day operations, working closely with property owners, managing guest experience, and ensuring every stay meets our high standards.
Luke heads up maintenance and guest satisfaction, making sure our properties are well cared for and that any issues are resolved quickly, helping every guest enjoy a comfortable and stress-free stay.
Linda is part of our management team, overseeing financial administration, coordinating property improvements, and arranging new furniture and furnishings to keep our homes looking their best.
Chris supports the business through administration and maintenance coordination, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Bruce manages our main cleaning team, ensuring every property is professionally prepared and presented to the highest standard before each guest arrives.
