Flexible Rate

Our standard booking rate follows the same Flexible cancellation policy used by Airbnb and Booking.com.

• Guests can cancel up to 5 days before check-in and receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 5 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Rate

For guests booking 30 days or more before arrival, we also offer a Non-Refundable Rate at a discounted price.

• This rate offers a saving in exchange for committing to your booking.
• If cancelled or amended, the booking is non-refundable.

Longer Stay Discounts

We automatically offer discounts for longer stays:

• 10% off bookings of 7 nights or more
• Additional monthly discounts may be available on selected properties
